General terms of sales

1/ Sale:

The sales contract is valid at receipt of payment (by check or credit card number) joined with the order form. Our trade registration number: RCS Paris B 407 484 112.

2/Delivery:

Our partner carriers allow a normal delivery time which should not exceed 2 or 3 days in France, 3 to 7 days towards Europe and 5 to 12 days towards the rest of the world after receipt of order and payment. However in case of stock shortage, the delivery time shall be extended for another 5 to 14 days or even 3 weeks especially as far as musical boxes are concerned.

3/ Transportation:

The items are personally controlled by us, properly packed for transportation and delivered by professional carriers. If the customer wants to be delivered at different addresses, he or she shall place distinct orders with distinct specified addresses. The order is always fulfilled with care. However in case of any damage, please contact our firm by e-mail. We shall control the damaged item which shall be replaced free of charge—after agreement. The usual reserved rights shall be notified to the carrier on receipt of the parcel.

4/ Taxes:

Within the European Union the items are sold inclusive of VAT. As they are manufactured in France, they are liable to the French VAT. For non EU-countries the items are sold exclusive of tax. The customer shall be charged for any other additional tax specified by the destination country.

5/ Export instructions:

We are not informed about each country's own regulations. Therefore the customer must not order export products banned in his or her country. In that case, we shall not be liable for the ban on the items decided by the proper authorities.

6/ Right of retraction:

The customer has the right to retract within 7 days after order confirmation by means of a recorded delivery mail with acknowledgment of receipt. In that case, the customer shall be charged the return shipping costs. The customer shall be refunded within eight days after return and examination of the shipping.

7/ Jurisdiction:

When the customer orders in the shop, he or she acknowledges to know and agree with the whole clauses and general terms of sales. In case of disputes, the Commercial Court of Paris shall be the only competent authority.
