This is a museum consisting of pictures and descriptions of music boxes that Bill has seen in his travels. There are three rooms containing exhibits. The first room has exhibits of cylinder music boxes. The second room has exhibits of disc musical boxes and the third room has exhibits of musical clocks, both cylinder and disc. |

Formed in 1962, the Musical Box Society of Great Britain today has an international membership ranging from the USA through Switzerland (the accredited birthplace of the cylinder music box) to Asia and Australia. The aim of the Society is to further an interest in and an appreciation of all forms of mechanical music. Four meetings are held annually, in various parts of the UK, which give members the opportunity to meet and discuss their collections, to exchange, buy, or sell items. |
