The Symphonion is a instrument of mechanical music which works with interchangeable discs following the same principle as for the music box.

A flower marquetry ornates the faces of this instrument of mechanical in the front and on the side.

This instrument of mechanical music works with 48 tones, 6 bells and discs of 23.5 cm diameter.
